EMDR- Trauma Release Therapy

Trauma is caused by being emotionally overwhelmed by an event, an emotion or a person.

 

This therapy heals the emotional overwhelm-ness caused by abuse and trauma.

Within 4-5 sessions people report that they feel relieved, relaxed, and full of energy to move their lives forward.

At the core of my therapy approach is the understanding that every individual has unique needs. Some may benefit from therapy that engages the intellect, while others may require an emotional or experiential approach to healing.

 

With a diverse background in various therapeutic techniques, I provide tailored support that addresses all aspects of a person’s experience. I offer Empathy Therapy for emotional healing, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to engage the intellect, and Hypnotherapy + Psychodrama to address deep-seated trauma and create experiential growth. This comprehensive approach ensures that each client receives the most effective treatment for their personal journey.

Some people prefer in-person sessions, while others feel more comfortable with Zoom or phone consultations. I offer all these modalities to accommodate each client’s preference, ensuring a flexible and accessible experience.
